The working principle of the hydraulic manual stacker is relatively simple, when lifting the goods, the fork is inserted under the cargo tray, the rear wheel can be braking if necessary, and then the handle is pulled. The press wheel presses the pump core, so that the oil in the pump cylinder enters the piston cylinder, pushes the piston rod upward, and lifts the cargo fork upward through the chain. Reciprocating the handle can lift the goods to achieve the purpose of lifting. When the cargo fork rises to the highest position, the pressure oil flows back to the tank through the oil drain hole, even if the handle is pulled, the cargo fork will no longer rise, thus avoiding the damage caused by the top. When unloading, pull the unloading handle, the oil return valve is opened, under the action of heavy weight and cargo fork, the working oil in the piston cylinder returns to the oil tank through the oil return valve, the piston rod and cargo fork drop to the lowest position, you can remove the heavy object and pull out the cargo fork.

Structural characteristics

Hydraulic manual stacker is mainly composed of hydraulic system, door frame and fork three parts.

Hydraulic system: is the power source of the stacker, by manually pumping the hydraulic lever, so that the oil in the pump cylinder into the piston cylinder, push the piston rod upward movement, so as to achieve the lifting of goods. The hydraulic device is set to return the oil valve, and the descending speed of the cargo fork is controlled by the handle, so that the hydraulic system can operate correctly, safely and reliably.
